Yes, we still exist, dial-up Internet users. Has anyone noticed that their dial-up service has degraded?
Does your email not completely load the first time and you have to reload the email 4-5 times before the entire email completely loads in NetZero's message center? Contacted technical support and they were of no help but to tell me to use Internet Explorer. Of course, it did not solve my problem.
I guess NetZero no longer wants dial-up Internet users so they are forcing us out by degrading our service! Why should I try the current Hotspot they are advertising when I am not being appreciated as a 10 plus year customer of NetZero's dial-up service.
